What types of interior design services do
you provide?
We provide room design services. Through our online questionnaire
system, we work with you to understand your design needs, then develop
and send you a custom scheme board for each room that includes our
paint, wallpaper, fabric, flooring, furniture and lighting accessories
recommendations, as well as a space plan layout and instructions
for the implementation of our designs. Our design recommendations
can be implemented within any budget.Back

What do you ask in your design questionnaire?
A design questionnaire is what we use for online interior design
services. We ask questions that will allow us to get to know your
style and tastes better. Your design form is used to provide information
about your personal design preferences, room measurements, budget
plans, room configuration and personal likes/dislikes. This is an
easy and effective way for us to provide you with appropriate design

What is my role in this process?
You are an integral part of the process. First you'll complete our
online questionnaire. Then with our instructions you'll send us
room and furniture measurements, also room photos. When you receive
our completed design you'll just follow our simple instructions
to implement the plan. You can then decide on your timetable and
budget for your purchases.Back

What measurements are needed?
We need room dimensions including wall measurements, window and
door positions which are all shown in an easily understandable format
in the form page when you purchase a design plan.

Do photos help?
Yes, digital photos of your room will give us a clear idea of where
everything is, such as windows, doors, fireplaces and chimney breasts.Back

How many photos can I submit of one room?
For our purposes eight photographs per room are ideal. One from
each corner of the room and one from the centre of each wall to

How will I know how to implement your design?
We will send you simple instructions for the implementation with
resource suggestions along with the custom scheme board, floor plan

How can you afford
to design a room for only £750?
At CharlotteCroslandonline, we work with you online, and through
email and mail. You provide measurements and photos and we provide
the design so you can implement the plan. If you hired an onsite
interior designer, you could expect to pay hundreds or thousands
of pounds in design fees for custom interior design. Those fees
are fair – the interior designer will spend many hours with
you developing a design and helping you implement the plan. By combining
our design experience, skills and process and together with your
assistance (the taking of measurements, photos, and implementation),
we're able to provide our interior design service to you for only
£750 per room.Back

Is there a limit to the number of rooms I
can have designed?
No. Through our website, we offer design services for from one to
five rooms. But, if you'd like us to design more than five rooms
please contact CharlotteCroslandinteriors.

How do I pay for your interior design service?
First, choose the number of rooms you would like designed and pay
via PayPal in the Buy Now

What happens after I've paid?
PayPal will process your payment and direct you to a PayPal confirmation
page. On that page, click on 'Return to CharlotteCroslandonline.com'
to go to a 'Questionnaire' where you will complete a form. We will
send you an email confirmation letter of receipt.

Can I get a refund
once service is received?
No. CharlotteCroslandonline does not provide refunds once online
interior design services are provided. It is for this reason why
CharlotteCroslandonline provides affordable online interior design
services options that far outweigh the risks.

How long will it take to get my completed
design?
Within four weeks of receiving the measurements and photos from
you, you will receive your individually designed scheme board for
one room. This includes paint, wallpaper, fabric, flooring, furniture
and lighting recommendations as well as a floor plan and instructions
for implementation. Please note multiple rooms require additional
time (one week per room).

How can I purchase your design services for
family or friends?
It's easy! Just go to Gift Vouchers
and purchase a gift voucher for the design service of your choice.
You can then send your gift voucher via email or print it out and
send it via mail or deliver in person. All gift vouchers are purchased
via PayPal.

Do you offer your services in other countries?
Yes, we already work with clients in both Europe and the USA however
